In an increasingly unpredictable world, how will the workforce be able adapt? Creativity and Critical Thinking are listed in almost all skills-related report as ‘must-have’ skills for the future. Makes sense. Creativity is essential when facing ‘first-of-a-kind situations’ that arise with constant change, while Critical Thinking is crucial for processing the inordinate amounts of information our world is creating today to make smarter decisions. How can we better understand and develop these skills?
