2023 Conference

About the Conference

The SAGEA 2023 Conference will connect you to colleagues who are committed to the attraction, recruitment, and development of young talent as employers, institutions of higher learning or solution providers.

Our team will ensure that you have opportunities to focus on issues impacting the recruitment of young talent – by learning from experts, discovering how they have dealt with young talent attraction, selection and hiring practices in a hybrid world. You will gain insight into the solutions and methods which can be used to handle common challenges experienced by graduate employers at this time. Using a combination of keynote speakers, new and emerging insights and practical case studies, the format of the Conference will encourage sharing of information, feedback, and debate.

Sponsorship opportunities are now open!

We would like to extend an EARLY offer to our SAGEA members to sponsor certain elements of the SAGEA 2023 Conference and have put together several sponsorship options for your perusal. These options are flexible, and we would be happy to chat about any different sponsorship ideas you may have.

Feedback from our 2022 SAGEA Conference

"It was a wonderful experience - thank you so much for a wonderful conference and all the arrangements!"

The SAGEA team were wonderful - prompt, helpful, enthusiastic. More than I can say for most event teams I've worked with!

An excellent experience: I was grateful for the opportunity to meet members of the community, and to learn so, so much. The insights gained will be infused in how we think about what we do and offer our students.

“This was my first conference, and it was an amazing experience. From meeting different people to the informative sessions. It really was a great experience.”

This is the only time I get to engage MORE with Career Services colleagues, instead of just meetings. Always good to connect and reconnect on a human level."

It was the first in-person conference that I've attended since the Covid lock downs and full-time remote working was put in place. It was overwhelming and incredible all at the same time for me. It forced me to connect with my full attention given to people in front of me again and not writing an email on the side. All round good experience.
