Reporting to: Head of Young Talent
To implement FNB's graduate talent sourcing strategy, facilitating standardised application of talent attraction and acquisition practices, and building an external pool of critical and specialist graduate talent. This will include the design and implementation of the best graduate attraction; selection and engagement strategies channels and methods.
Preferable: degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent.
Qualification as a Psychometrist would be an advantage
Min 3 year experience in a human capital context, with a talent sourcing focus.
Deliver top external graduate talent to the business through efficient sourcing methods
Provide input into design of attraction campaigns
Execute talent attraction strategies through campus engagement activities
Develop and manage key business, academic and student stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives
Analyse talent and recruitment data relating to graduate attraction, selection, retention and talent management
Drive and execute graduate talent management strategies
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
Is a self-starter and originator who maintains high levels of activity and produces a consistently high-quality output within agreed deadlines. Prompt and proactive in driving for success and sets demanding goals for self and others
The capacity to create appropriate levels of impact by using verbal and non-verbal communication skills to influence and/or negotiate win-win agreements to proposals, plans or ideas
