We prepare students for their careers the moment they step onto campus, equipping them with critical thinking and problem-solving skills they need to thrive in the new world of work. Each of the eight IIE’s Varsity College campuses has a dedicated Career Centre, Career Centre Coordinator and Career Centre platform providing students with access to a wealth of interactive career tools, e-learning content and the latest part-time and full-time graduate job opportunities. The result is well-rounded, work-ready graduates, fully equipped to contribute to, and succeed in, the New World.

Partnership OfferingEmployers are invited to partner with the Career Centre and engage with our students through various campus activities and events such as: employability / skills development workshops, employer showcases, part-time work expos or full-time career fairs. These are great opportunities for employers to build their employer brand on campus and to network with students for future recruitment needs. The Career Centre Coordinator acts as a direct contact between job opportunities and suitable students / graduates and assists employers with facilitating placements. Career opportunities are advertised via the Career Centre Platform and lecturers provide recommendations on students and insight into their academic progress, strengths and character.
