| Brief Description of Award Entry | We are thrilled to submit Bain & Company’s 2023 entry for SAGEA’s Best Innovation award as an active employer of South African graduates. We recognize that our greatest asset is our people, our graduates. Our innovative approach to graduate talent development has not only reshaped our organization but has also set new standards of excellence for attracting, nurturing, and retaining top local talent. Bain’s groundbreaking innovation – upon which this submission is based – is a holistic approach to our South African graduate talent development. We call it the “New SA Graduate Support EcoSystem”. This EcoSystem redefines the traditional employer-graduate relationship by fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment that benefits both our organization and the South African graduates we welcome into our firm. We are immensely proud of this recently refreshed EcoSystem tailored specifically for the South African graduate market, and believe it addresses a host of needs that young graduates demand to thrive in their early careers. The EcoSystem has already delivered exciting results, moving Bain & Company closer towards our ambitious goal of being the first choice for top consulting talent in Africa.
