The SAGEA Student-to-Graduate (SGJ) is a comprehensive, online training solution designed to equip graduate development professionals with the tools and insights needed to guide students, graduates and early-career talent into the workplace.
University Careers Service Professionals will benefit greatly completing this programme, as it contains learnings that are particularly applicable in Higher Education environment. In addition, participants in HR, talent acquisition, graduate programme design or student support within NPOs or Foundations will also be empowered to prepare students and graduates effectively for today’s complex work environment.

This module considers the concepts of Career Management and Recruitability: what does it mean to manage our Careers and then apply successfully for the roles we want?
The Student-to-Graduate Journey
This module considers the whole student-to-graduate journey.
To register for the SGJ online course, simply follow these steps:
- Top up your existing SAGEA membership with a 3-month SAGEA Learning Membership.
- Select the modules you would like to complete from the Products listed on the "next" screen. Each module has a course fee attached, which will be payable in addition to the SAGEA Learning membership fee.
- Submit your order and await confirmation of your Learning Membership activation.
- Once payment is received for your order, you'll receive instructions for accessing the course modules you've selected.
- You’ll have access to your chosen modules for 3 months, so you can complete them at your own pace.
